Zegna is seeking a Junior Brand Communications Specialist in Milan to support press review and editorial analysis, media relations, events and fashion shows, working with internal and external stakeholders. The role includes media reporting, PR strategy support, press sample management, product launches and administrative coordination; the base salary is €26,000–€30,000 under the CCNL Tessile.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor media coverage and prepare weekly and monthly reports on key launches.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure consistent, brand-aligned communications.
- Support the execution of PR strategies and maintain communication between headquarters and regional teams.
- Assist with PR materials and logistics for press days, store openings, and brand activations.
- Manage press samples, inventories, and seasonal PR orders across key markets.
- Contribute to community engagement initiatives and coordinate press and community experiences.
- Support product launches, press presentations, and showroom events.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel, vendor management, and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury industry.
- University degree with a specialization in communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
