The Group Control Specialist at Zegna supports Group Functions’ planning and controlling activities in Stabio, working with the Group Corporate Control Manager, Heads of Group Functions and Group FP&A. Responsibilities include monthly closing, financial planning, management reporting, variance analysis and CapEx monitoring; this is a permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the monthly closing process.
- Support financial planning.
- Provide financial information to top management by researching and analysing financial data and preparing reports.
- Reconcile periodic variance analysis by collecting and analysing financial information.
- Monitor capital expenditure (CapEx).
Qualifications
- Fluent English and Italian.
- Skilled in management accounting and controlling principles, financial statements, IFRS/IAS accounting standards, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, precision, attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
