Zegna seeks a Cybersecurity Manager in Milan to strengthen Group cybersecurity operations, threat detection and incident response, working closely with IT, Legal, HR and external partners. The role covers security tooling, vulnerability and risk mitigation, compliance support, security awareness and vendor coordination; it is a permanent position with a base salary of €60,000–€70,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and operate cybersecurity tools, including SIEM, EDR and vulnerability management platforms.
- Monitor, detect and respond to security incidents and emerging threats.
- Coordinate remediation actions and support infrastructure hardening.
- Lead vulnerability management activities and prioritize risk mitigation.
- Support compliance initiatives, including NIS2, ISO 27001, SOX and audit processes.
- Contribute to security awareness and training programs.
- Coordinate external vendors, including SOC providers and cybersecurity consultants.
Qualifications
- Effectively operate in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Experience with ISO 27001, NIS2 and SOX frameworks, exposure to global or multi-brand environments, and experience working with external SOC or managed security services are preferred.
