Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and manage production budgets, timelines, and relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, including creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and post-production partners, ensuring content aligns with marketing strategies.
- Manage the day-to-day production of video content for web, social media, and in-store channels.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of video formats required across Zegna's digital and retail platforms.
- Collaborate with the internal Creative team, providing guidance, tools, and production support to deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines.
- Coordinate production schedules with the seasonal marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Monitor projects from pre-production through final delivery, ensuring raw assets are efficiently transformed into finished content within agreed timelines.
- Develop creative production solutions and contribute innovative ideas to execute briefs effectively across production and post-production phases.
- Research and evaluate new suppliers, directors, filmmakers, editors, emerging trends, technologies, and production techniques to drive innovation and maintain best-in-class creative standards.
Qualifications

- Solid understanding of video and audio production and post-production processes, and ability to coordinate external partners.
- Excellent ability to organize and manage large volumes of images and videos, with strong attention to order, folder structure, naming conventions, and asset management tools.
- Fluent written and spoken English to manage international shoots and partners.
- Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad according to shooting calendars and production needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with creative, style office, and operations teams.
