The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager across sales development, staff management and store operations, while leading clienteling, CRM, team development, brand presentation and operational compliance. This is a permanent role based at ZEGNA at Selfridges in London.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store business objectives, including sales development, staff management and operational activities.
- Promote ZEGNA, act as a role model, build strong customer relationships, and demonstrate integrity and an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Support sales performance and store productivity through team supervision, action plans and clienteling initiatives.
- Deliver an excellent client experience, maintain a customer-centric approach and support CRM activities.
- Support team development through coaching, training, recruitment and team engagement activities.
- Maintain the brand image through effective product management, visual merchandising execution and training support.
- Support compliance, stock management, Health & Safety and digital services to ensure smooth store operations.
