Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate worldwide retail operational initiatives (traffic counting, MTO, back-of-house operations) to improve store performance and workflows.
  • Define, standardize and deploy operational processes, tools and best practices across regions, ensuring up-to-date documentation and training materials.
  • Manage implementation of new operational systems and tools, focusing on data accuracy, usability and adoption by field teams.
  • Monitor regional and store-level execution, conduct gap analyses against standards and drive corrective action plans.
  • Ensure all project-related processes comply with brand, group, legal, fiscal, data privacy, sustainability, safety and HR requirements.
  • Act as the central interface between Retail Operations, IT, Store Design, Supply Chain, Merchandising, CRM, Finance, HR and Compliance, and coordinate external partners and suppliers.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support staffing, capacity and store performance decisions and recommend structured action plans to improve service level and profitability.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead harmonization and benchmarking initiatives to improve cost and network efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and supplier performance while safeguarding brand image and client experience standards.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Retail Operations or Project Management with strong exposure to store-level processes and multi-country environments.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional retail projects and deploying processes across regions.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating data into actionable operational insights and improvement plans.
  • Demonstrated experience in process definition, standardization, documentation and training.
  • High sensitivity to compliance requirements (data privacy/GDPR, H&S, loss prevention, operational risk) in retail settings.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills; able to work autonomously in a matrix environment.
  • Flexible mindset with capacity to manage changing priorities and support strategic transformations.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); Italian is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% for store visits and regional workshops.
