Saint Laurent in Paris seeks a Worldwide CRM Intern to support global client development and clienteling campaigns. Internship starts September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution and post-campaign analysis of global clienteling and CRM campaigns.
- Generate and segment targeted audiences for client engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update Saint Laurent clienteling tools and Clienteling Apps documentation.
- Contribute to the creation of clienteling training materials and operational playbooks.
- Assist with routine data cleansing and ad-hoc data requests to preserve database quality.
- Support implementation activities for the Privacy Program and ensure adherence to data-protection procedures.
- Produce reporting on key performance indicators and provide general administrative support to the Global Client Development team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical aptitude with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational ability and time-management skills.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in or knowledge of the luxury fashion industry is advantageous.

This is an internship-level role intended for a current master’s candidate. Previous internships or coursework in CRM, client development, marketing analytics, retail operations or data analysis are beneficial but not mandatory.

Currently enrolled in a master’s programme in business, marketing, analytics or a related discipline.
