Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a cross‑functional team of coordination, product developers and technical developers (approximately 15 people) to deliver show collections on schedule.
  • Translate studio design concepts into precise technical specifications, taking into account fabric, trims, colorways and construction for tailoring, sportswear, flou and grand flou typologies.
  • Source, qualify and manage relationships with suppliers, fabric houses and manufacturers to secure samples, prototypes and production capacity for show development.
  • Own and monitor the development timeline with daily follow‑ups on deliveries, sample iterations and fitting schedules to ensure adherence to show deadlines.
  • Coordinate with costing and production teams to align development choices with manufacturing feasibility and cost objectives.
  • Attend fitting sessions, provide technical feedback to the studio and ensure modifications are implemented accurately and swiftly.
  • Oversee quality control of show samples; identify and resolve defects or discrepancies with internal and external partners.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of the show development process, including technical packs, approvals and version control.
  • Prepare weekly budget consolidation, analysis and regular reporting; manage launches and deliveries for Reset, Press and VIP initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in ready‑to‑wear product development within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Proven track record managing mid‑sized development teams and coordinating multi‑stakeholder projects for runway or show collections.
  • Deep technical knowledge of fabrics, garment construction and tailoring techniques across multiple product typologies.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines and manage concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration with studio, suppliers and production partners.
  • Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
