Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as business owner and internal/external ambassador for the Women's RTW category
  • Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies aligned with market opportunities and competitive landscape
  • Present seasonal buys and strategic recommendations to Paris headquarters and senior leadership
  • Oversee product lifecycle management from conception through sell-through optimization
  • Analyze sales performance by store and SKU to identify action plans and maximize local business opportunities
  • Monitor competitive landscape and maintain in-depth knowledge of target customer profiles
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with store leaders and global teams in Paris
  • Compose weekly, seasonal, and ad hoc business performance recaps and reports
  • Partner with global teams on product feedback, strategic pricing, and market needs assessment
  • Collaborate regularly with retail teams on client needs, special events, and in-store training initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, E-Commerce, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Public Relations, Supply Chain, and Client Services departments
  • Demonstrate keen understanding of product design and industry trends to inform business decisions

Qualifications
