Saint Laurent Wholesale Assistant internship, Paris. 6-month position supporting B2B operations, inventory management, and showroom coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage administrative oversight of wholesale clients, including deliveries, payments, restocking, commercial exchanges, and after-sales service
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate and schedule showroom appointment calendars
- Prepare showroom and collection presentation documentation
- Support showroom operations and collection presentations during key selling periods
- Execute post-sale client relationship management and follow-up
- Handle administrative coordination including document distribution and commercial travel logistics
Qualifications
- Graduate of a commercial or business school, or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
- Italian language proficiency (advantageous)
- Prior experience in the luxury or fashion industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
