Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for wholesale clients, including deliveries, payments, restocking, commercial exchanges, and after-sales service.
- Monitor inventory and update stock lists.
- Organize showroom appointment schedules.
- Prepare necessary documents for showrooms and fashion shows.
- Participate and assist during showroom periods.
- Manage administrative tasks such as document dispatch and tracking commercial team travel.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or equivalent.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Previous successful experience in the fashion and luxury sector.
