Saint Laurent seeks West Coast Regional Field Trainer in Beverly Hills. Lead retail training and coaching across stores with base salary $90–$100k plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate in-store training on product knowledge, Saint Laurent brand experience, client experience evaluations, Net Promoter Score, operations, and policies across assigned region
  • Deliver field-based coaching and real-time feedback on the sales floor to elevate individual performance and overall client experience
  • Provide side-by-side coaching to store teams during peak business periods, client appointments, and floor management
  • Develop coaching capabilities of store leadership by training managers on effective one-to-one coaching conversations and performance feedback aligned with Saint Laurent standards
  • Liaise with VP of Retail Training & Client Experience and Regional Directors to identify business priorities and organize travel schedules
  • Prepare and host store meeting trainings throughout the designated region
  • Support new store openings with comprehensive training facilitation within the region
  • Host monthly and quarterly induction trainings for new hires across stores
  • Monitor utilization of all digital training tools and in-store activities provided by leadership
  • Provide ongoing feedback to VP of Retail Training & Client Experience regarding training opportunities and regional business needs
  • Maintain and update annual training schedule monthly based on field visits, business priorities, and store observations
  • Organize training logistics including classroom setup, materials, electronic equipment, and catering arrangements
  • Optimize classroom-based learning in coordination with digital e-learning content and on-the-job training experiences
  • Conduct follow-up with participants and store management post-training to ensure continued development and application of learned skills
  • Contribute to identification and planning of store training activities in partnership with leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury fashion sales, leadership, or related role
  • 2 or more years of experience in training facilitation, coaching, or talent development
  • Strong coaching presence with ability to deliver direct, impactful, in-the-moment feedback on the sales floor
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, integrity, and demonstrated commitment to developing others
  • Ability to embody Saint Laurent values, behaviors, style, and competencies while modeling excellence
  • Excellent discretion, professionalism, and strong written and verbal communication skills
