Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Visual Merchandising Design & Operations team with operational and administrative tasks under the VM Operations Manager.
- Support end-to-end coordination of worldwide VM projects (special events, window displays, pop-ins, pop-ups), including planning, logistical follow-up and documentation.
- Coordinate and support in-store installations and ensure project requirements are met on-site.
- Create and maintain supplier accounts and liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
- Enter purchase orders into the company procurement system and consolidate order data for analysis.
- Track invoices and manage follow-ups with accounting; contribute to budget consolidation and worldwide budget monitoring.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+4 level programme (business school, management or equivalent).
- Strong organisational rigour and methodical approach to administrative tasks.
- Excellent team-working skills with adaptability and flexibility for international project support.
- Fluent English (mandatory) — ability to communicate effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in Pack Office and comfortable with data consolidation and basic budget tracking.

Entry-level / internship role. Previous internship or practical exposure in visual merchandising, retail operations, project coordination or related support functions is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bac+4 (four years post-secondary) level in business, management or equivalent (business school or management school).
