Saint Laurent seeks a Visual Merchandising Intern in New York to support brand presentation and operational initiatives across windows, stores, and visual communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for the visual merchandising team
- Process and manage team expenses and reimbursements
- Maintain and update in-house visual tool inventory systems
- Assist with special projects under the direction of the Project Manager
- Conduct research and prepare daily reports for windows, imagery, shipments, and store updates
- Support various administrative tasks and operational initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for internship participation
- Availability for a minimum of 2–3 days per week in the office
- Proficiency in Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated eye for design and visual aesthetics
- Self-starter mentality with genuine passion for collaborative teamwork

Experience
Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of visual merchandising principles and demonstrate an eagerness to develop expertise in luxury brand presentation. Prior internship experience or formal coursework in merchandising, design, or fashion is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant post-secondary program in fashion, merchandising, visual design, business administration, or a closely related discipline. Eligibility to receive academic internship credit is mandatory.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 17 per hour.
