Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Visual Merchandising team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the team.
- Manage team expenses efficiently.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as required.
- Shadow the Project Manager on special projects and provide assistance.
- Maintain and update the in-house visual tool inventory.
- Conduct research projects and prepare daily reports on windows, images, shipments, and store updates.
Qualifications
- Ability to receive academic credit for the internship.
- Availability to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for working with people.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in visual merchandising and fashion is essential.
Education
Must be able to receive academic credit for the internship.

The successful candidate will be located in New York, New York, USA, with easy access to New York.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is $17 per hour.
