Role & Responsibilities
- Guarantee impeccable visual merchandising execution in stores, directly supporting commercial performance and brand image consistency
- Ensure alignment between visual merchandising, retail operations, and marketing communications across all touchpoints
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate the impact of visual merchandising initiatives on store performance metrics
- Develop replicable visual merchandising best practices with high impact potential for network-wide deployment
- Prioritize execution of major business moments, particularly Fashion Week collections and seasonal launches
- Actively contribute to elevating flagship stores, reinforcing their role as brand showcases
- Support boutiques in competency development and visual merchandising standards adherence
- Identify, train, and nurture visual merchandising ambassadors within store teams
- Establish structured performance monitoring protocols with retail management teams
