Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regular in-store visual merchandising rotations aligned with Saint Laurent's image policy
- Maintain visual merchandising displays, tools, and furniture in excellent condition at all times
- Collaborate with store managers and department heads to ensure consistent brand presentation
- Train visual merchandising ambassadors and sales associates on visual merchandising best practices
- Monitor and report on the impact of visual merchandising actions through photo documentation and analysis
- Support store openings, renovations, and special projects including window installations, trunk shows, and press events
- Visit competitor locations and identify industry best practices to enhance merchandising strategy
- Generate and distribute comprehensive photo reports to store teams and visual merchandising headquarters
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French proficiency is advantageous
- Strong team player with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple departments
