Saint Laurent in Paris seeks a VIP Assistant Intern for a 6-month internship starting Aug 2026 to support VIP services, events and client relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the VIP service team.
- Assist in planning and executing VIP events, including shows, private dinners and exclusive activations.
- Coordinate and follow up on client shopping appointments and fittings.
- Support sourcing and outreach for new talent and VIP prospects.
- Carry out analyses using the Tribe platform and prepare reports for the VIP team.
- Manage and track special orders, VIP gifts and bespoke requests.
- Organize and maintain VIP stock and inventory, ensuring accurate recording and replenishment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a business or fashion school (École de Commerce / École de Mode).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Highly organized, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Available for a 6‑month internship beginning August 2026.

Experience
Suitable for a current student or recent graduate. Prior exposure to luxury retail, client services or VIP programs is advantageous but not mandatory for this internship.
Education
Degree or current enrolment in a business school or fashion school (École de Commerce / École de Mode).
