Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate approved celebrity dressing requests across the Americas, liaising with stylist teams and internal partners.
  • Manage sample loans, product requests, returns, shipping, and inventory tracking.
  • Support VIP fittings, sample preparation, tailoring coordination, and provide on-site assistance.
  • Oversee gifting initiatives including outreach, packaging, shipping, tracking, and recap reporting.
  • Monitor media coverage, image wire platforms, and competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Research and track emerging talent; contribute to regular talent and activity reports.
  • Support VIP activations, fashion shows, and event-related initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and calendar support for senior communications leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records within internal tracking and inventory systems.
  • Ensure showroom, sample closet, and materials are organized and maintained to brand standards.
  • Support departmental administration and coordination, including internship program activities.
  • Work independently and proactively, especially during travel periods or high-activity moments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior experience in luxury fashion, communications, PR, or celebrity relations preferred.

Skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Collaborative mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach. Flexible schedule with availability to support events, travel, or non-standard hours. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with industry tracking tools a plus.

Experience

Prior experience in luxury fashion, communications, PR, or celebrity relations is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required.

Compensation
