Saint Laurent — Montreal: Temporary Stock Associate. Temporary role supporting stockroom, shipping/receiving and inventory operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain organization, cleanliness and visual standards of the stockroom and salesfloor in accordance with company guidelines.
- Receive, inspect and process weekly product deliveries; manage shipping & receiving documentation.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies and liaise with Store Director and Operations partners to resolve inventory issues and adjustments.
- Execute and prepare weekly cycle counts and support annual inventory preparation.
- Process internal product transfers and client orders promptly to meet client expectations.
- Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors and maintain stockroom supplies.
- Provide on-floor support to the sales team as required to cover shifts and assist with client service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary retail experience preferred.
- Strong organizational aptitude with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience with shipping programs, inventory management and inventory audits.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
- Pro-active, team-centric attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of routinely lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a retail environment with hands-on experience in receiving, shipping, inventory audits and cycle counting; prior exposure to luxury retail operations is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail management, logistics or a related discipline preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
