Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with managers and HR Business Partners to assess staffing and professional development requirements, delivering targeted guidance on talent acquisition and learning strategy
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement analysis and candidate sourcing through interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding, ensuring consistent candidate experience aligned with Saint Laurent's values
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify qualified candidates for critical roles, leveraging multiple channels and talent pools
  • Coordinate all recruitment activities within Workday and Talent Match platforms, maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with internal governance standards
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify training and development needs; design, plan, and execute learning initiatives in alignment with organizational goals
  • Oversee training logistics and relationships with external providers, managing course scheduling, participant registration, attendance documentation, and certification records
  • Monitor and report on training delivery and administrative compliance, including funding requirement adherence and records management
  • Collaborate across functions on talent and HR projects, supporting the design and continuous improvement of people-related programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition within a structured corporate or recruitment consultancy environment, with preference for luxury or fashion industry background
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Workday and Talent Match systems highly valued
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and oral
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • People-oriented mindset combined with results-driven and proactive work approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities, with ability to build rapport across organizational levels
