Saint Laurent hiring Sustainability Performance Project Manager (Intern) in Paris. Environmental analysis and CSR programme coordination role starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse Environmental Profit & Loss (EP&L) performance through multi-criteria annual environmental assessment across all House activities and supply chain operations
  • Oversee sustainable performance metrics for products and ensure accurate information delivery to Merchandising, Retail, and E-Business teams for each collection
  • Track environmental reporting for boutiques, headquarters, and ateliers globally, consolidating performance data and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate and animate environmental programmes deployed across the House's worldwide boutiques, headquarters, and manufacturing facilities
  • Develop content for internal communications and product training initiatives aligned with sustainability objectives
  • Support and animate the global network of CSR correspondents embedded within retail teams, fostering cross-regional knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a university, engineering school, or business school
  • First professional experience in a consulting firm or within a Sustainability/CSR Department is valued
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to manage and interpret complex datasets
  • Meticulous attention to detail in analysis, synthesis, and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
  • Proven interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities; ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders (group peers, creative teams, production teams) and external partners (suppliers)
  • Fluent English, written and oral
  • Italian strongly recommended
