Saint Laurent seeks Store Planner for EMEA region in Paris to manage architectural retail projects and coordinate with internal and external teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage architectural projects across the EMEA region, collaborating with internal and external teams throughout project delivery
  • Collect site study information from commercial departments and property owners
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence assessments in coordination with necessary consultants
  • Establish project timelines and budgets, overseeing procurement processes, analyzing tender documentation, and negotiating supplier offers with design and local architecture teams
  • Select and negotiate with suppliers and contractors at the regional level
  • Coordinate with dedicated Architecture Project Managers, local architects, and various departments including Legal and Visual Merchandising throughout project execution
  • Organize and monitor construction work in compliance with specifications and brand guidelines, conducting regular site visits

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Architecture or Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of retail sector operations and standards
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft Office competency (SketchUp experience advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge and mastery of hygiene, safety, accessibility regulations, and applicable industry standards
  • Demonstrated collaborative approach, strong adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and French; Italian language skills preferred
