Saint Laurent seeks Store Planner for EMEA region in Paris to manage architectural retail projects and coordinate with internal and external teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects across the EMEA region, collaborating with internal and external teams throughout project delivery
- Collect site study information from commercial departments and property owners
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence assessments in coordination with necessary consultants
- Establish project timelines and budgets, overseeing procurement processes, analyzing tender documentation, and negotiating supplier offers with design and local architecture teams
- Select and negotiate with suppliers and contractors at the regional level
- Coordinate with dedicated Architecture Project Managers, local architects, and various departments including Legal and Visual Merchandising throughout project execution
- Organize and monitor construction work in compliance with specifications and brand guidelines, conducting regular site visits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Architecture or Engineering
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of retail sector operations and standards
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft Office competency (SketchUp experience advantageous)
- Strong knowledge and mastery of hygiene, safety, accessibility regulations, and applicable industry standards
- Demonstrated collaborative approach, strong adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in English and French; Italian language skills preferred
