Saint Laurent Store Director position in Taipei, Taiwan. Lead luxury retail team, drive sales, manage operations for premier fashion maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Define individual sales targets and monitor KPIs on a daily and weekly basis
- Analyze sales performance and sell-through; collaborate with the merchandising team on regular reviews and actions to drive business growth
- Develop and manage the network of potential customers and VIPs with emphasis on local clientele; maximize CRM capture rate
- Promote customer loyalty and ensure after-sales service standards are consistently upheld
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, key market events, and competitor activity
- Cultivate strong working relationships with all stores in the local market to optimize collective business opportunities
- Define working schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to operate the store effectively
- Lead the team with charisma and vision; foster staff motivation and competence development
- Ensure comprehensive training and development initiatives aligned with individual career objectives
- Establish a collaborative atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation

Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 8 years of retail sales or store operations experience
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial level experience
- Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base preferred
- Strong sense of high-end fashion and brand aesthetics
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
- Demonstrated leadership charisma and interpersonal excellence
- Detail-oriented, organized, and patient approach to operations and team management

Minimum 8 years of retail sales or store operations experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. An established personal client base is advantageous.
