Saint Laurent seeks a Store Director in Taipei, Taiwan, to lead retail operations and drive sales in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring optimal management and performance.
- Maintain the highest standards of store environment and customer service.
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to foster individual and collective growth.
- Supervise employees in sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Enforce safety, health, and security protocols within the store.
Qualifications
- University degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years in retail sales/store operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base preferred.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 8 years in retail sales/store operations, including 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
University degree preferred.
