Role & Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
• Define individual sales targets and monitor key performance indicators on a daily and weekly basis
• Analyze sales performance and sell-through data; collaborate with the merchandising team to implement strategic actions that drive business growth
• Develop and maintain a network of potential customers and VIPs, focusing on local clientele while maximizing CRM capture rates
• Promote customer loyalty and ensure after-sales service standards are consistently delivered
• Monitor market trends, key events, and competitor activity to inform strategic positioning
• Foster productive relationships with other stores in the local market to optimize collective business opportunity
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal store coverage and operational efficiency
• Lead and motivate the store team, cultivating an environment of competence and excellence
• Oversee staff training and development programs aligned with career progression objectives
• Cultivate a culture of teamwork and collaboration throughout the store
• Implement operations policies and procedures in accordance with corporate standards
• Supervise inventory levels and verify alignment with the store's sales potential
• Monitor inventory management and stock-take procedures in accordance with internal audit standards
• Ensure the store's visual presentation and merchandising align with brand standards; maintain impeccable grooming and appearance standards
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of security measures for cash handling and inventory control
• Maintain workplace safety and foster a healthy, secure environment for staff and customers

Qualifications

• University degree
• Minimum 8 years of retail sales or store operations experience
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Background in luxury goods or premium fashion preferred
• Strong command of spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
• Established client base in luxury retail preferred
• Leadership charisma and interpersonal presence
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Patient and composed demeanor

Minimum 8 years of retail sales or store operations experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. A background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base is strongly preferred.
