Saint Laurent seeks an experienced Store Director in Tainan City, Taiwan to lead boutique operations, drive sales performance, and manage a high-performing retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and optimize revenue
- Define individual sales targets and monitor KPIs on a daily and weekly basis
- Analyze sales performance and sell-through rates; collaborate with the merchandising team on regular reviews and promotional initiatives
- Develop and manage the network of potential customers and VIPs, with emphasis on local clientele and CRM capture optimization
- Promote customer loyalty and ensure after-sales service standards are consistently upheld
- Remain current with fashion trends, key industry events, and competitor activities
- Maintain strong working relationships with all stores in the local market to optimize business opportunities
- Define working schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to operate the store efficiently
- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring staff competency and professional development
- Oversee staff training and development to support career progression
- Foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation across the boutique
- Implement operational policies and procedures in compliance with corporate standards
- Supervise inventory levels and verify alignment with store sales potential
- Monitor inventory management and stock-take procedures according to internal audit standards

Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 8 years of retail sales or store operations experience
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial level experience
- Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base
- Strong sense of high-end fashion and trend awareness
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
- Leadership charisma with a patient and detail-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to organize and execute complex operational procedures
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8 years of retail sales or store operations experience in the luxury sector or premium fashion retail, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. A background in high-end luxury goods with an established clientele is preferred.
Education
University degree required.
