Saint Laurent seeks a Store Director to lead the store team, drive sales and customer loyalty, and oversee people management and daily operations in Taichung City. The role covers sales strategy, client development, staff leadership, inventory, visual merchandising, security, and workplace safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor KPIs daily and weekly.
- Analyze sales performance and sell-through, collaborating with the merchandising team on regular reviews and actions to promote the business.
- Manage and develop a network of potential customers and VIPs, focusing on local clientele and maximizing CRM capture.
- Promote customer loyalty and ensure after-sales service standards are upheld.
- Stay informed about fashion trends, key events, and competitor information.
- Maintain strong working relationships with stores in the local market and optimize business opportunities across them.
- Set staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing to operate the store.
- Lead the team, keeping staff motivated and competent.
- Ensure staff training and development to support their career objectives.
- Foster teamwork and cooperation.
- Ensure store operations policies and procedures are implemented.

Qualifications
- Ideally holds a university degree, with at least 8 years of retail sales or store operations experience, including at least 5 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
- Experience in luxury goods or premium fashion and an established client base are preferred.
- Strong sense of high-end fashion.
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
- Leadership presence, patience, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
