Saint Laurent Store Director in Stockholm – lead luxury retail operations, drive sales performance, and manage a high-performing team in this strategic leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Attract, develop, retain, and engage both clients and team members
- Demonstrate sales leadership by maintaining an active presence on the shop floor and building meaningful relationships with customers
- Implement action plans to achieve store targets and P&L objectives
- Define and monitor quantitative and qualitative performance goals
- Communicate high-quality feedback and market analysis to headquarters and team
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and local business environment
- Foster a positive work culture through transparent communication and team motivation
- Provide continuous coaching and professional development to team members
- Create and execute individual development plans for sales staff and management
