Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily store operations to achieve commercial targets and operational excellence.
- Build and sustain an exemplary store environment and customer experience aligned with brand visual and service standards.
- Drive sales performance through strategic clienteling, VIP and Top Client engagement, CRM activities and localized sales initiatives.
- Recruit, coach, motivate and develop the store team; create an environment that enables individual and collective growth.
- Implement and enforce Headquarters' guidelines, processes and retail excellence standards across product presentation, processes and people.
- Manage inventory controls, stock organization, cash handling and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR, sustainability and internal policy requirements.
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor and act as the primary ambassador of brand values to clients and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in luxury retail with demonstrable success managing sales teams and meeting KPIs.
- Track record of high-level clienteling and relationship management with Top Clients and VIPs.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset and experience translating sales strategy into local action plans.
- Excellent people-management skills, including recruitment, coaching and performance management.
- Solid knowledge of store operations: inventory control, cash handling, visual merchandising and loss-prevention.
- Capacity to implement corporate processes and ensure compliance with HQ standards and local regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional discretion and client-service orientation.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including multiple years in store leadership or management roles with responsibility for P&L, team performance and VIP client relations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
