Saint Laurent seeks a Store Director in Short Hills, NJ to lead store operations and sales. $135–145k base plus bonus and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store performance to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets, including daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Drive brand engagement and customer loyalty through exemplary client experience and active selling on the shop floor.
- Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing retail team; ensure ongoing coaching and professional growth.
- Define and cascade targeted goals for the team, monitor results and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
- Manage inventory and stock processes in collaboration with Back Office Operations to optimise availability and shrinkage.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, HR, sustainability and internal brand standards and procedures.
- Maintain the qualitative standards of the brand across merchandising, presentation and client service.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods or high-end retail sales.
- 4–6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail role, ideally overseeing a team of 10 or more.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop sales professionals and to drive measurable commercial results.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 135,000 to USD 145,000 per annum.
