Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach sales teams to foster professional growth, delivering ongoing training and a coaching culture on the selling floor.
- Set clear quantitative and qualitative targets (KPIs) for the store, monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrate active sales leadership by participating in client engagement, elevating customer experience and driving loyalty initiatives.
- Recruit, develop and retain talent to build a motivated team; ensure staffing, succession and career development plans are in place.
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations, ensuring stock accuracy, organisation and shrink control.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, health & safety, HR, sustainability and internal procedural requirements.
- Maintain the brand’s qualitative standards for merchandising, presentation and client service across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail role, preferably within luxury goods.
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales and in leading teams of at least 10 people.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with measurable results in staff development and sales performance.
- Analytical aptitude for KPI monitoring, sales analysis and operational follow-up.
- Exceptional customer orientation, interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Significant experience in luxury or premium retail with 4–6 years in a managerial capacity and a demonstrated record of managing teams of at least 10 staff, delivering sales targets and operational excellence.
