Saint Laurent Store Director in Reggello, Italy. Lead luxury retail team, drive sales & customer loyalty. €65K base + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talent while maintaining compliance with headquarters directives
- Foster and cultivate a positive store culture aligned with brand values
- Provide professional development and coaching to staff members
- Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative sales goals
- Analyze results and verify daily, weekly, and monthly activities; conduct yearly KPI assessments
- Demonstrate sales leadership through active participation on the selling floor
- Prioritize customer experience and loyalty initiatives
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with back office operations
- Ensure all processes comply with legal, safety, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements
- Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
- 4–6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 people
- Adaptability, openness, risk-taking mindset, dynamic approach, strong listening abilities, and curiosity
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting (preferred)

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 65,000 per annum.
