Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing boutique team, recruiting, coaching and retaining sales professionals to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Define quantitative and qualitative sales targets, monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and drive achievement of KPIs.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through active participation on the selling floor and by setting behavioural and performance standards.
- Oversee inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations to optimise stock, shrinkage and replenishment.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, HR, sustainability and internal policies across store operations.
- Preserve and elevate brand qualitative standards to reinforce customer loyalty and long-term engagement.
Qualifications
- Significant track record in luxury goods retail with demonstrable commercial results.
- 4–6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail role, preferably within a premium or luxury brand.
- Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more employees.
- Strong leadership attributes: adaptability, decisiveness, curiosity, excellent listening and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
