Saint Laurent seeks a Store Director in McLean, VA to lead retail operations, manage sales teams, and drive brand engagement in a luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure professional development and coaching of store staff to foster continuous improvement
- Define and monitor targeted quantitative and qualitative goals, analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly activities against KPIs and yearly performance assessments
- Demonstrate sales leadership through active participation on the selling floor and mentoring of the sales team
- Cultivate exceptional customer experience and brand loyalty initiatives
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with back office operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to legal, safety, HR, sustainability, and internal operational requirements
- Uphold brand qualitative standards and visual merchandising excellence
- Recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent while fostering a positive store culture
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
- Proven expertise in the sale of luxury goods or high-end retail environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of at least 10 individuals
- Strong adaptability, openness to risk-taking, and dynamic leadership style
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting (preferred)

4 to 6 years of proven success in a retail management position within luxury goods or premium retail, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 10 or more staff members.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
