Saint Laurent seeks an experienced Store Director for the Madrid pop-up location. Lead retail operations, manage teams, and drive brand excellence in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure professional growth and training of the staff with a coaching approach
- Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure their achievement
- Analyze results, verify daily, weekly, monthly activities and establish yearly assessments using KPIs
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor
- Prioritize customer experience and loyalty initiatives
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with the Back Office Operations team
- Ensure all processes comply with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR and stock organization standards
- Maintain the qualitative brand standards required by Saint Laurent
Qualifications
- Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
- 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 people
- Adaptability, openness, risk-taking orientation, dynamic presence, strong listening abilities, and curiosity
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
