Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure professional development and training of store staff with a coaching approach
- Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and monitor their achievement
- Analyze results and verify daily, weekly, and monthly activities; conduct yearly performance assessments and track KPIs
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor
- Prioritize customer experience and foster brand loyalty initiatives
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with back-office operations teams
- Ensure all processes comply with legal requirements, safety standards, internal policies, sustainability guidelines, and HR regulations
- Maintain the qualitative brand standards required by Saint Laurent
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
- 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 people
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
