Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dynamic sales team to achieve business objectives and promote brand engagement
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent while maintaining compliance with headquarters directives
- Foster a cultivating store culture aligned with Saint Laurent brand values
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach
- Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals, including KPIs
- Analyze results and conduct daily, weekly, monthly activity reviews with yearly assessments
- Demonstrate active sales leadership and presence on the selling floor
- Maintain high sensitivity to customer experience and brand loyalty initiatives
- Manage inventory activities and collaborate with back office operations on inventory results
- Ensure all processes comply with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization standards
- Maintain qualitative standards required by the Saint Laurent brand
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
- 4 to 6 years of successful retail management experience
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 people
- Demonstrated adaptability, openness, risk-taking ability, dynamic approach, and strong listening skills
- High curiosity and commitment to customer engagement
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is advantageous

4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, with significant background in the sale of luxury goods. Demonstrated leadership of teams of at least 10 people in a retail environment.
