Role & Responsibilities
- Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, attract, recruit, and develop talent while fostering a positive store culture.
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Analyze results and conduct assessments based on KPIs.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal standards.
- Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is advantageous.
