Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily store operations to achieve commercial targets and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor KPIs and deploy Retail Excellence practices at store level
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Top Clients and VIPs to drive loyalty and high-value sales
- Recruit, coach and develop store staff; create an environment that supports individual and team performance
- Ensure optimal store organization across product, processes and people, including visual merchandising and inventory control
- Supervise sales transactions, cash reconciliation and inventory procedures to safeguard assets
- Ensure strict compliance with headquarters guidelines, legal and safety requirements, HR policies and sustainability directives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6–8 years of retail sales or store operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven background in luxury goods or premium fashion, with an established client base preferred
- Demonstrable leadership presence: charismatic, patient, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong commercial acumen and a refined sense of high-end fashion
- Adaptable, dynamic and comfortable taking calculated risks to drive business results

Experience
Ideally 6–8 years in retail sales or store operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity; prior experience within luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
