Saint Laurent Store Director in Kaohsiung, Taiwan: lead boutique operations, sales strategy, and team management in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Define individual sales targets and monitor KPIs on a daily and weekly basis
- Analyze sales performance and sell-through data, collaborating with the merchandising team to identify opportunities and drive promotional activity
- Develop and manage a network of potential customers and VIP clientele with emphasis on local market penetration and CRM optimization
- Promote customer loyalty and ensure consistent after-sales service standards
- Stay current with fashion trends, key market events, and competitive intelligence
- Maintain collaborative relationships with other stores in the local market to maximize collective business opportunities
- Define working schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to support store operations
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve individual and collective objectives
- Oversee staff training and development initiatives aligned with career progression pathways

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial level experience
- Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base
- Strong understanding of high-end fashion aesthetics and brand positioning
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
