The Store Director promotes brand engagement and customer loyalty while driving business goals, developing talent and cultivating store culture in line with Headquarters directions. The role leads sales, team coaching, KPI performance, inventory and compliant store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business goals.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talent.
- Coach staff and support their professional growth and training.
- Set targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved.
- Analyze results and monitor daily, weekly and monthly activities; conduct annual KPI assessments.
- Lead sales on the shop floor through active participation.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and loyalty.
- Manage inventory activities and collaborate with Back Office Operations on inventory results.
- Ensure processes comply with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR and stock-organization requirements.
- Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.
- Follow Headquarters directions and cultivate a strong store culture.
Qualifications
- Significant experience selling luxury goods or in retail.
- Four to six years of successful experience in a retail management position.
- Experience managing a team of at least 10.
