Saint Laurent Store Director at American Dream, East Rutherford – Lead luxury retail team with $110K–$115K base plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure professional development and training of store staff using a coaching methodology
- Define and monitor quantitative and qualitative performance goals, analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly activities while conducting annual KPI assessments
- Demonstrate active sales leadership presence on the selling floor
- Prioritize customer experience and loyalty initiatives to strengthen brand affinity
- Oversee inventory management activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements
- Maintain and enforce the qualitative brand standards established by Saint Laurent
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail
- 4–6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
- Proven ability to manage a team of at least 10 staff members
- Adaptability, openness, risk-taking orientation, dynamic interpersonal style, and strong listening abilities
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting (preferred)
