Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high‑performing retail team to deliver sales targets, customer loyalty and brand engagement across the American Dream boutique.
- Recruit, coach, develop and retain talent; establish individual and team development plans with a coaching‑first approach.
- Define, monitor and drive achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPIs through daily, weekly and monthly performance reviews and annual assessments.
- Actively demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor and model exceptional client service and product knowledge.
- Oversee inventory operations in collaboration with Back Office Operations, ensuring stock accuracy and optimisation.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, HR, internal and sustainability policies and preserve the brand's qualitative merchandising and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods or premium retail.
- 4–6 years of progressive managerial experience in retail, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more employees.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Concur expense reporting is a plus.
- Adaptability, strong listening skills, curiosity, and a readiness to take measured risks.

Demonstrated track record of 4–6 years in retail management within the luxury or premium sector, including proven success leading teams of at least ten staff and driving commercial performance against established KPIs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 per annum.
