Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty, particularly among Top Clients and VIPs, to achieve store business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and manage store staff effectively.
  • Attract, recruit, develop, retain, and engage both customers and talent.
  • Implement action plans to meet targets and manage profit and loss.
  • Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to headquarters and staff.
  • Monitor the business environment and local competition.
  • Motivate and challenge the team regularly.
  • Create development plans for sales staff and management.
  • Promote the brand's culture internally and externally.
  • Ensure the store atmosphere aligns with the brand image.
  • Build a network to enhance customer loyalty, especially among Top Clients and VIPs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
  • Challenge current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position

Experience
