Saint Laurent Store Director role in Doha, Qatar. Lead luxury boutique operations, manage team, drive sales and VIP loyalty in fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Attract, recruit, develop, retain, and engage customers, particularly Top Clients and VIPs, to ensure consistent store business goals and revenue targets
- Implement comprehensive action plans to achieve general targets and P&L objectives
- Communicate high-quality relevant feedback and reporting to headquarters and store staff
- Monitor business environment and local competitive landscape to identify market opportunities
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talented store staff and management personnel
- Motivate and challenge the team on a regular basis through coaching and mentorship
- Create and execute development plans for sales staff and management to build capabilities
- Promote the brand's culture internally and externally through employee engagement and community initiatives
- Ensure store atmosphere, visual merchandising, and environment uphold brand image and aesthetic standards
- Build and cultivate a network of influential figures in local and international luxury business to enhance customer loyalty
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability standards, HR protocols, and stock organization procedures
- Challenge current processes to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position, preferably in luxury retail or fashion
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty development
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and persuasiveness
- Precision and strong organizational capabilities
- Adaptability, openness, willingness to take calculated risks, and dynamic approach to challenges
- Strong listening abilities and intellectual curiosity

Experience
3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position, preferably in luxury retail or fashion boutique environments. Demonstrated track record of driving sales performance, building high-performing teams, and cultivating VIP customer relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualification in business management, retail operations, or fashion merchandising is advantageous.
