Saint Laurent Store Director in Chongqing – Lead luxury retail operations, manage high-performing teams, and drive sales performance in this boutique leadership role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales team and demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor, particularly for VIP and top client relationships
  • Attract, recruit, develop, and retain high-performing store staff; manage individual appraisals and coaching
  • Define and execute quantitative and qualitative goals; analyze KPIs and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and P&L objectives
  • Provide high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters; communicate local market intelligence, competitive activity, and fashion trends
  • Oversee clienteling approach and ensure qualitative brand standards are maintained internally and externally
  • Ensure store atmosphere, visual merchandising, and team behavior uphold Saint Laurent brand image and corporate standards
  • Build and maintain networks with high-impact figures in local and international luxury business to foster customer loyalty
  • Handle administration and accounting responsibilities; ensure compliance with legal, safety, sustainability, and HR requirements
  • Supervise warehouse stock management, inventory activities, and product security in collaboration with back office operations
