Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain exemplary customer service standards and a premium store environment.
- Implement and uphold the Retail Excellence culture at the store level.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure optimal organization of products, processes, and personnel in alignment with business strategy.
- Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
- Foster an environment conducive to team and individual growth.
- Supervise sales activities, inventory management, and customer service operations.
- Ensure adherence to all headquarters guidelines, rules, and processes.
- Guarantee compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements, including sustainability and HR policies.
Qualifications
- University degree preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in retail sales or store operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 6-8 years in retail sales or store operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in luxury goods or premium fashion is preferred.
Education
University degree preferred.
