Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain exemplary customer service standards and a premium store environment.
  • Implement and uphold the Retail Excellence culture at the store level.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure optimal organization of products, processes, and personnel in alignment with business strategy.
  • Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
  • Foster an environment conducive to team and individual growth.
  • Supervise sales activities, inventory management, and customer service operations.
  • Ensure adherence to all headquarters guidelines, rules, and processes.
  • Guarantee compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements, including sustainability and HR policies.

Qualifications

  • University degree preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in retail sales or store operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Skills

Strong understanding of luxury fashion and high-end retail. Proficiency in visual merchandising and promotional strategies. Leadership charisma with patience and attention to detail. Organizational skills and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.

Experience

A minimum of 6-8 years in retail sales or store operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in luxury goods or premium fashion is preferred.

Education

University degree preferred.
