Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and promote brand engagement to achieve sales targets and long‑term client loyalty.
- Recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing retail team; drive professional growth through coaching and structured training.
- Set, monitor and deliver quantitative and qualitative KPIs via daily, weekly and monthly reviews and annual assessments.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor and modelling premium client service.
- Oversee inventory activities and collaborate with Back Office Operations to optimise stock results and shrinkage controls.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR, sustainability and internal corporate procedures and governance.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or premium retail environments.
- 4–6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
- Proven experience managing teams of ten or more direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is a plus.
- Demonstrated adaptability, strong listening skills, commercial curiosity and a coaching mindset.
