Saint Laurent seeks a Store Director in Beverly Hills (Saks Beverly Hills) to lead sales, team development and uphold brand standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs while promoting brand engagement and customer loyalty.
- Recruit, develop and retain retail talent; implement coaching-led training and professional growth plans for the team.
- Set quantitative and qualitative objectives, monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and conduct annual assessments.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor and coaching the team in clienteling techniques.
- Manage inventory and stock processes in collaboration with Back Office Operations to optimize stock results.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR, sustainability and internal corporate procedures and standards.
- Maintain the brand's qualitative standards for visual merchandising, client experience and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in selling luxury goods or high-end retail environments.
- 4 to 6 years of proven success in a managerial retail position, with responsibility for P&L and KPI delivery.
- Experience leading and developing teams of at least 10 employees.
- Strong interpersonal skills: adaptability, active listening, curiosity, decisiveness and a client-centric mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Concur for expense reporting is a plus.

4–6 years of progressive retail management experience in luxury goods, including direct responsibility for team leadership (minimum 10 staff), sales targets and store operations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
